Terms of Service – Drywall Pro

1. Quotes & Acceptance
All quotes provided via WhatsApp, email, or in person are valid for 14 days. A job is confirmed upon:

• 40% deposit for construction/drywall projects (R1,000 minimum)
• No deposit required for cleaning services (pay on completion)

2. Payment Terms

• Balance due on completion of construction/drywall work, before handover
• Cleaning services: payment within 7 days of invoice for commercial contracts; immediate EFT or cash for residential
• Late payment: 10% interest per month on overdue amounts

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Construction/drywall: Cancel 48 hours before start – full deposit refund. Less than 48 hours – deposit forfeited.
• Cleaning: Cancel 24 hours before – no charge. Same-day cancellation – 50% of service fee.

4. Site Access & Safety
Client must provide safe access to the property (electricity, water, parking). Drywall Pro is not liable for pre-existing property defects or damage caused by underlying structural issues.

5. Cleaning Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, we will re-clean the affected area within 24 hours at no charge. Refunds are not offered for cleaning services after completion.

6. Construction & Drywall Warranty

• Drywall installation: 12-month warranty on workmanship (cracking, nail pops)
• Construction: 6-month warranty on structural work (excluding wear and tear)
• Warranty void if client or third party modifies the work

7. Liability Limitation
Drywall Pro’s total liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for consequential losses (e.g., lost business due to renovation delays).

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes to be resolved in Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
